With over 6,500 flying hours — including 2,000 as an instructor on the Pilatus PC-9 — Andrew brings world-class instructional depth to Wingman Academy. His career spans military leadership, airline operations, and advanced pilot training, including service as a Qualified Flying Instructor at the UK’s Royal Air Force Centre of Excellence (RAF Cranwell). After roles with the UK Army Air Corps and Royal Australian Air Force, Andrew founded Wingman Aviation to combine his passion for precision flying with his love of teaching.

Leanne combines 30+ years of global marketing and communications experience with a personal love for aviation.
She leads Wingman’s brand, events, and community programs, connecting Shark owners across Europe and helps create the training experiences that make Shark ownership truly special.

Manfred ‘Manni’ Aust
Former German Air Force Tornado pilot and Squadron Commander, Manni brings over 8,000 flight hours - including 6,000 in instruction - and deep expertise in formation and precision flying. He served with the Euro-NATO Joint Jet Pilot Training Program in the U.S., which makes him one of Europe’s most experienced formation instructors.
Frank Dreyer
With 18,000 total flight hours - 13,000 as captain and 1,700 as instructor - Frank’s aviation career spans fighter jets, commercial airliners, and ultralight aircraft. A former German Air Force instructor and a former Airbus captain with Emirates, Frank delivers close formation training for Wingman Academy with calm precision and enthusiasm.
Lars Najbjerg
A Royal Danish Air Force veteran, Lars flew the F-35 Draken and F-16 Fighting Falcon before moving into commercial aviation on the Boeing 737, 767, and 777. With over three decades of global flight experience - and a love for aerobatics, paragliding, and backcountry flying - Lars brings both technical mastery and joy to every training flight.
Steven Neuser
A former U.S. Air Force fighter pilot from a German immigrant family, Steven speaks German fluently and has flown everything from the F-15C Eagle to the F-117A Stealth Fighter. With 12,500 total flight hours and 4,600 instructional hours, he blends tactical precision with a calm, encouraging style - mentoring Shark pilots in both close formation and mountain environments.
